Quick Ways to Save Money and Get Organized

SEPTEMBER 3, 2019

Here’s a great list of quick things to do to help you (potentially) save money and get organized:

Just Drop a Child Away at College? Make sure to call your auto insurance company to see if they offer an “away at school” discount.  Potentially save hundreds of dollars annually!

Heard from your Accountant? Time to start tax planning for 2019 if any significant changes may impact your tax liability.

Getting All Your Mail Delivered? Sign up for USPS Informed Delivery and get an email of your mail being delivered today! Great for when you are tracking or waiting for an important document, away on vacation or to ensure no one is stealing your mail.

Looked at your Mortgage Rate Recently? Mortgage rates have dropped.  Now is the time to see if you can benefit from refinancing or modifying your mortgage.

Buying or Leasing a New Car Soon? Try emailing the internet department of several dealers (using their online contact form from their website) once you know the car you want.  The internet departments frequently have the greatest access to discounts.

Let us know if you have any questions or need any help!
