Jorie founded Financial Futures in 2004 with the mission of establishing a financial planning firm that focused on developing long-lasting relationships with its clients using a fee-only fiduciary model that puts a client’s interests first.
After graduating Boston College with Honors, Jorie spent the first ten years working in corporate finance for Prudential, Granite Partners and Lenox. While corporate finance was interesting, she wanted to lead a more impactful life by helping individuals make good financial decisions rather than large corporations. The commission driven investment broker model of financial planning did not fit with Jorie’s goal of providing fiduciary advice, so she started her own firm.
She resides at the Jersey Shore with her family and their Portuguese Water Dog, Winston, and enjoys boating, reading, Broadway musicals, and traveling.
