After graduating from Bucknell University, Kaye earned her MBA from the Manchester Business School in Manchester, UK and went onto a career at Ingersoll-Rand Company as Manager of Pension and 401k investments. A change in career and a desire to help others lead her to financial planning. It is the people and their stories behind the numbers that interests Kaye the most. It is her great personal reward to help individuals and families get on track to achieve their goals and dreams.

Kaye lives in a New Jersey beach town with her husband and spends her free time running, hiking, boating, golfing, and visiting her four children scattered across the country.
